Yes! We accept walk ins however we advise you pre book if possible via the website as spaces do fill up.
Yes! Socks need to be worn on the equipment at all times. Don’t worry if you forget you can buy these on the front desk
Yes! Baby changing facilities are located in the accessible toilet.
Located next to Ascot Business Park (by the back of Ascot Train station) we have immediate parking outside however spaces are limited.
There is nearby off-street parking in the south ascot area or alternative spaces near the business park.
Additional parking can be accessed at Ascot train station car park is just a few minutes’ walk away.
